• Prep skin by cleansing, then use 2-3 drops of Repairing Oil on each cheek, forehead and neck
• Gently glide the notched end of the gua sha tool from the middle of the chin toward the ear along jawline and along brow bone beginning near the middle of the face
• Use a smooth side of the gua sha tool along cheeks and forehead, working from the inner part of the face toward the ears
• Gently glide the smooth side of the gua sha tool from the bottom of the neck toward the chin and jaw line
• Repeat 2-3 times per week, or as needed
